Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, as they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
Ordering from Us
Acceptance:
Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorized for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with these issues.
As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased we will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order.

Payment methods
You may order online using a credit / debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa (not Electron), Visa Electron Debit. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Registration
To register with www.lucza.com you must be over eighteen years of age. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
Security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, LUCZA uses Secure Scoot Layer (SSL) Technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send us over the Internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
We process all payments using Sagepay. This system ensures that all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database and protected by multiple firewalls.
We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure, but in the absence of our sole negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any of your data, including credit card details that you have provided.

We respect your personal information and endeavor at all times to comply with the Data Protection legislation.

- For statistical purposes to establish the popularity of product ranges to ensure ongoing availability of popular products.

Use of the website
We will try to allow uninterrupted access to this website but please be aware that access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
LUCZA accepts no liability for (a) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, offensive or illegible entries; (b) any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data; or (c) any type of graphical or other error in the printing of the Promotion or in administration of the Promotion.

The copyright in the material contained in the website, together with the website design, text and graphics and their selection and arrangement and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to KAREN SCOFIELD DESIGN LLP, its subsidiaries or the providers of such information. Terms & Conditions - Competitions
THE WOMENS ROOM COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
To enter, simply register on LUCZA.com, making sure to state that you were referred by The Womens Room. The prize draw will be open for entry from Monday 2 April 2012 and will close at midnight on Sunday 15 April 2012 (UK Summer time).
This prize draw is open to all readers of The Women’s Room aged 18 years or over, except employees of LUCZA and The Women’s Room.
Entries must be submitted via www.LUCZA.com and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond our control.
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
In taking part in the prize draw, the entrant is agreeing to be available for any post-promotional activities related to LUCZA should they win the prize.
The winners will be drawn at random by LUCZA from all entries received by the closing date. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday April 15, 2012 (UK Summer Time). Entrants from overseas must note that the UK Summer Time may not be the same as their local time
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of the draw. It is in the winner’s interest to respond as promptly as possible. The winner will have 30 days to respond in full to the email before another winner is drawn.
Once the prize details have been agreed, the prize will be sent out to the winner by the next business day within the United Kingdom. If the winner resides outside the United Kingdom, the prize will be delivered to the winner according to the delivery times as specified on LUCZA.com in the Shipping & Returns section. Please note extended delivery times also apply to residents of the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man.
Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
In the event where it is necessary to supply a substitute garment(s) e.g. where the requested style or size is not available, LUCZA reserves the right to charge the winner any additional amount of the alternative item(s) that exceeds the value of the prize item(s) originally offered.
Details of the winner can be obtained by contacting LUCZA and The Women’s Room within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, LUCZA and The Women’s Room reserve the right to suspend or cancel the prize draw if it is reasonable to do so. Entrants will be notified if there is a suspension or cancellation. LUCZA and The Women’s Room will retain any acquired data and re-enter entrants in any subsequent prize draw unless entrants request otherwise when notified. On receipt of an entry, the entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them
All data acquired from the prize draw will be jointly owned by LUCZA and The Women’s Room.
Exchanges: Please note that LUCZA can only offer size exchanges or exchanges where any item(s) is/are defective or arrive in a damaged condition. To request an exchange, the winner must notify LUCZA within 7 days of receiving the garments. Goods must be returned to LUCZA, 113 Portobello Rd, London W11 2QB, United Kingdom within 7 days of the exchange request. Please note that the garment(s) must be returned via a tracked courier service and this will be at the sender’s expense except in the case of returns on account of defective or damaged items. All garments remain the liability of the winner until received by LUCZA.
Liability
If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these terms, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss.
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we accept unlimited liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details.
Visitor material and conduct
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:

We would be interested to hear from boutiques or stores that offer a similar stature of brands, and that feel they have the right target market profile for LUCZA London.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Miscellaneous
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
